Job Title: Administrator

Hours:  33 hours a week

Contract: Permanent / Part-time

Location:  Solihull, West Midlands

Salary: £16,054 per annum


The National Fostering Agency provides placements for children and young people in need throughout the UK. We have a dedicated team supporting this busy service and are now looking to recruit a part time Administrator to support our team in the Solihull Office.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player who has had previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment to apply for this position.

You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive administrative support service including the completion of statutory checks and provide a professional administrative service to support our regional team.

Another part of the role will include providing support and administration to the Fostering Panel including circulation of confidential Panel papers and taking and producing accurate Panel minutes 

You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications as well as excellent telephone manner and a systematic approach to working within a fast paced, customer facing role, with the ability to multi task. Accuracy and communication skills are key as well as the ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

You must be competent in excel to create reports from various systems and take primary responsibility for compiling management information for the regions.
